We needed to ship our car from Florida to Colorado. Since we're not moving out to Colorado for 5 weeks, we had to ship our car to a RV Storage Facility that we had never even been to! The driver was resourceful and Robin from Monarch Car Shipping was very efficient and communicative. She was available to always answer our many questions and concerns, and promptly followed-up after the delivery to ensure our satisfaction. Hats off to all involved in our transfer! We highly recommend Monarch!!!

My experience with Monarch was outstanding. Robyn found the perfect enclosed transporter for my perfectly restored ’68 Mustang to go from CA to MI. I did not actually get the vehicle for 9 days, the transporter Robyn st up for me was wonderful. The driver was on time the day he was expected, polite, caring and professional at pick up. And when the car was delivered to me, the pick up report was gone over with me in complete detail by a very caring person who even dusted off my car and checked it personally in front of me. Very professional and complete service.
Since I had the opportunity to pick up my car at terminal instead of having it delivered to my home, I was fortunate to so how the operation works. I had never shipped a car before so I was a little nervous about the whole thing. The driver called and gave me his cell number. My car had some dust on it when it arrived, but that would have happened if I had driven it any way.. I’m glad I used these guys, they did a great job for a great price. Thanks again.
I have a 65 mustang that is fully restored and needed enclosed service. Not only was the car picked up on time it was delivered to CA. early. I was worried about transporting my car and many of the services I contacted quoted lower costs and engaged in a lot of hard sell. I realized that most of them if not all of them would not actually delivery my car for the cost they quoted. Through a friend I was lucky to be referred the Robyn Roberts at Monarch, where I paid somewhat more than the fake low-ball offers I had been juggling, but it was a fair price and the service was perfect. I highly recommend Monarch.

Glad I found someone that knows what they are doing. It was great from beginning to end. Since I had to move from PA. to NV. I was worried about how this would go. Now that I have done this I feel like I know a lot more about it and wouldn’t be so nervous next time. I give them 5 stars for working this out for me. My brother will use them too because of my recommendation when he goes to college next year.
I move all the time because I’m in the service. The guy I usually use was out sick so I took a chance with Monarch. We always have to make specials arrangements because shippers are not allowed on the base. I worked most of the details out by text. They met me across the street. I will use them for my next time because their price was better than I got before! Thank you.

I’ve used (or tried to use) brokers to ship vehicles before and the results have been spotty at best – sometimes it works out and other times it becomes a nightmare to get the move complete up to and including having to rent a car one way ad drive the one I needed shipped back. Robyn was up front and looked at what similar vehicles had moved for and were on the board now for. The price she quoted was based on reality not what I wanted to hear. She had a driver within 48 hours and the driver she got was super – 45 years of experience and he showed great care in what he did. He stayed in touch all the way and the van got there when he said it would and not a mark on it. I’d go back to Monarch in the future without a moments hesitation as I know Robyn will give me a price that will get the vehicle moved not just a low ball price that will never get picked up. Go with Monarch you will get the service that supports your moving needs.
I called a lot of companies to get this going and got so many prices I wasn’t sure what to do or why so many different prices. Rob took care of me like I was family. I had a great feeling from start to finish. Very honest in up front. My car is fine and I’m glad they took care of me. Thanks again.
I won a car on eBay and needed it shipped to Long Beach from Dallas. I appreciate the customer service and good price from Monarch. The last company I used never showed up and wouldn’t answer the phone when I tried to find out when they were coming. I like that they don’t even take your deposit before they get you set up for pick up. I was scared after my last experience but this time it worked out fine. Thanks so much Robin!
